What do I do If my Parcel Says ``ON HOLD``

    If the tracking status of your shipment says on hold, it means on or more of the shipment requirements has not been met. Make sure you contact us to find out the reason why the parcel was placed on hold. Nonetheless, we will always send you and email to inform you or such situations. If all conditions are not met, the shipment will not be shipped.

     

    Shipments are usually placed on hold because:

    The insurance fee is not paid

    The item to be shipped doesn’t meet our terms and conditions

    The delivery address has been misspelled or completely absent on the parcel.

    Contact us immediately as you notice that your shipment has been placed on hold.

    Do I have to pay and insurance fee For my Shipment?

    Yes, all shipment must be insured the insurance fee. The insurance charges is determined based on the value of the item you are shipping.

    What do I do If i do not get my Shipment on time

    Everything being equal, shipments are always delivered on time as stated. However, we might experience some setbacks  in transporting your parcel. If your parcel wasn’t delivered on time, make sure you contact us immediately.
